Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges due to our error

In the following cases, please contact us within 3 days of the product's arrival.

・If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
・If the product is damaged
・If the condition is clearly different from the product description or posted photos

In the above cases, we will arrange a return or exchange.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Please note that since many of our products are one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to exchange them for the same product. In such cases, we will arrange a return and refund.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges for customer convenience

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience after an order has been placed.

Regarding payment

If you use bank transfer, please complete the payment within 5 days, including the order date. If payment is not received by the deadline and you do not make payment or contact us for subsequent confirmation, your order will be treated as a cancellation without notice, and you will be prohibited from using our services in the future.

Refusal of cash on delivery items and prolonged absence

If a cash on delivery item is returned due to refusal of receipt or prolonged absence, we will charge you for the round-trip shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, and any other costs incurred due to the return.
