◆This is an antique raviole (appetizer plate) from the “PARIS” series by Choville Roy.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There is a small chip on the rim of the base, about the size of a small area of missing glaze. (Photo 10)
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates. (Photo 11, etc.)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 24.8 cm wide x 14 cm long
●Period: Around 1878–1920
●Crazing: Approximately 20% of the surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint caused during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
