◆This is an antique creamer, Minton pattern no. 252, made by Sargemine.
It is delicately hand-painted over a transfer print.
It is in very beautiful condition with little sign of use.
There are some slight stains on the inside and at the base of the handle. (See photos 8 and 14, etc.)
There are some small manufacturing irregularities typical of antique items. (Please see the enlarged photos.)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Rim diameter 8.8 cm / Width 19.3 cm (including handle) x Height 14 cm
●Period: Around 1875–1920
●Crazing: Less than 1% of the overall surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or unevenness in the paint that occurred during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
