◆This is an antique plate with a mimosa motif made by Shawl Giroux.
It is hand-stenciled, allowing you to enjoy the unique texture of the brushwork.
It is in very beautiful condition with little sign of use.
There is a radial crackle on the back. (11th photo)
There are small manufacturing irregularities unique to antique plates. (Please see the enlarged photos)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 23.5cm
●Period: Around 1878–1920
●Crackle: Approximately 10% of the overall surface
(→Crackle refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time, and is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or paint irregularities that occurred during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crackle, scratches, wobbles, etc.
