◆This is a handmade ceramic mold for “Kouglof,” a traditional pastry from the Alsace region of France.
Each mold is carefully handmade one by one using traditional methods by artisans in Soufflenheim.
Compared to metal molds, ceramic Kouglof molds distribute heat evenly, resulting in a “fluffy” and “moist” baked pastry.
The fifth photo shows a size comparison with a 16 cm mold.
Instructions regarding bisque firing and other details will be enclosed with the product.
※This item is photographed individually from our current stock. You will receive the item shown in the photos.
※We may have several items in stock, so please feel free to contact us if you would like to purchase multiple items.
●Size: Bottom diameter (outer diameter) approx. 19.5–20.5 cm / Height approx. 11.2 cm
●Condition: New
＊Because Soufflenheim pottery is handmade by artisans, there may be individual differences (color, pattern, shape) among the same product depending on the stock.
※As this is handmade, the shape viewed from the bottom is slightly irregular.
There may also be slight variations in firing or paint during production.
＊Suitable for use in the oven.
