◆This is an antique café au lait bowl from the Morocco series by Santaman.
This lace pattern is particularly popular among Morocco-patterned café au lait bowls.
It is one of the Morocco patterns that became popular during the period when France ruled Morocco (1912–1956).
It is in very beautiful condition with little sign of use.
There is a small hairline (approx. 1.5 cm) on the surface that does not reach the outer edge and no water stains, as well as a small chip.
The foot has a small chip and some unevenness from manufacturing.
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 14.9 cm x Height 8.3 cm
●Period: 1900–1930
●Crazing: Approximately 80% of the surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time, and is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint that occurred during the manufacturing process.
