◆This is an antique café au lait bowl made by Sarreguemines.
As it was manufactured during the period when the Alsace-Lorraine region was under German rule after the Franco-Prussian War (1871–1919),
the backstamp reads Saargemund, the German pronunciation.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique ceramics. (See photos 5–7, etc.)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 14 cm x Height 8.8 cm
●Period: Around 1890–1918
●Crazing: Less than 1% of the surface
