◆This is an antique plate by Sargeminne, titled “FAVORI.”
It is part of a series featuring a small bird motif named Favori (meaning “favorite”).
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates (see photos 8, 9, 10, and 11, etc.).
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 22.8 cm in diameter
●Period: Circa 1890–1920
●Crazing: Less than 1% of the overall surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint caused during the manufacturing process.
It may also have minor chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
