French Antique Montereau Octagonal Pot, Made by Montereau

●Size: Height 16.5 cm x Width 19.5 cm (from spout to handle)

●Crazing: Approximately 70% of the surface (→What is crazing?)

◇This is an antique pot made by Montreu around 1745–1840 (before its merger with Creil).

Although it is very old, it is in very beautiful condition with little sign of use.

There is a small chip on the underside of the lid handle. (Photo 7)

There is some slight glaze loss and staining on the inside of the lid. (Photo 8)

There are no other chips or cracks.
