◆This is an antique dessert plate featuring an apple in the Balbutine style by Choville Roy.
The apple is rendered in relief and hand-painted.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There are some faint, small stains. (5th photo)
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates. (8th and 9th photos)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 21 cm diameter
●Period: Circa 1878–1920
●Crazing: Present throughout
