◆This is an antique dinner plate from the “VILLARS” line by Shawl et Fils.
It is larger than typical antique plates.
The rim features a raised relief design.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There is a small chip on the foot (base) about the size of a glaze chip. (10th photo)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 26.4 cm in diameter
●Period: Circa 1890–1920
●Crazing: Approximately 20% of the surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
