◆This is an antique plate made by Shawl et Fils.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There is a tiny chip in the glaze on the rim. (6th photo)
There are small manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates. (Photos 9, 10, 11, etc.)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 23.3 cm
●Period: Around 1878–1920
●Crazing: Approximately 5% of the overall surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint that occurred during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
