◆This is an antique café au lait bowl from the "SIROCCO" series by Digo Ware & Sargemine.
This café au lait bowl is popular for its ivy stencil.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There is a small chip on the rim where the glaze has flaked off. (Photo 9)
There are stains on the inside bottom and foot. (Photos 10, 13, etc.)
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique ceramics. (Photo 7, etc.)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 14 cm diameter x 7.7 cm height
●Period: Circa 1940s–1960s
●Crazing: Less than 1% of the overall surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint caused during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crazing, scuffs, wobbling, etc.
