◆This is a green “Dresden Spray” lemon plate by Susie Cooper.
The design is inspired by the wildflowers of Susie’s homeland.
It is also famous for being given to Mrs. Simpson by King Edward VIII.
It is in very beautiful condition with little sign of use.
There is a tiny irregularity from manufacturing on the rim. (Third photo)
No chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 14.6 cm in diameter
●Year: 1935
●Crazing: None found

※The underside of Susie Cooper plates has marks (areas where the glaze is rough).
These are not damage, but marks made by the supports used to keep the underside of the plate from touching the ground during firing.

It may also have small chips, crazing, scratches, etc.
