This is an antique café au lait bowl made by Sarreguemines (U&C era) around the late 1800s to early 1900s.
The floral pattern is entirely hand-painted.
The Utzschneider (owner of the Sarreguemines factory) mark is rare.
Regarding the crack-like area in the last photo, it appears to be only on the surface, so it is likely crazing.
Also, there is a small chip on the rim comparable to glaze loss.
