◆This is an antique compote from Sargeminne's "GERANIUM" series.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There are some slight stains. (See photos 7 and 8, etc.)
There are some areas that absorb water more easily than usual when wet. (The water stains disappear when dry.)
It has been photographed wet so that these areas are clearly visible. (Photos 17, 18, and 19 show the same area.)
The back is not glazed, and it is not cracked.
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates.
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 22.2 cm x Height 12.1 cm
●Period: Around 1890–1920
●Crazing: Approximately 80% of the surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint caused during the manufacturing process.
It may also have minor chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
We strive to describe the condition of our products in as much detail as possible through photos and descriptions,
but as it is difficult to document everything completely, please place your order with an understanding of the points mentioned above.
