◆This is an antique compote from the "OXFORD" series by Shawl de Roi.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There is an area that looks like a small stain, which appears to be from the manufacturing process. (5th photo)
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique ceramics.
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 24cm x Height 5.1cm
●Period: Around 1878–1920
●Crazing: Present on about 30% of the surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint that occurred during the manufacturing process.
It may also have minor chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
