◆This is a ceramic mold for “Kouglof,” a traditional pastry from the Alsace region of France.
The stork is a symbol of the Alsace region and is beloved as a bird that brings happiness.
Each piece is carefully handmade one by one using traditional methods by artisans in the village of Soufflenheim.
Because heat is distributed more evenly in a ceramic Kouglof mold compared to a metal one, it produces a baked pastry that is characteristically “fluffy” and “moist.”
Its rustic, warm texture is also part of its charm.
* Microwave and oven safe
* Not for use over an open flame
Instructions regarding bisque firing and other details will be enclosed with the product.
●Size: Bottom diameter (outer diameter) approx. 16–16.5 cm / Height approx. 7–8 cm
●Condition: New
※As Soufflenheim pottery is handmade by artisans, there may be individual differences in color, pattern, and shape, even among identical products.
※Additionally, uneven firing or paint application may be visible due to the manufacturing process.
If you wish, we can send you photos of the item in stock, so please feel free to let us know.
