◆This is an antique raviole (appetizer plate) made by Choville.
It is in beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There are some slight stains. (See photos 5 and 6, etc.)
There is a tiny chip on the underside of the rim, about the size of a glaze flaw. (See photo 11)
There are minor manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates.
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: 24.9 cm wide x 12.8 cm long
●Period: Around 1878–1920
●Crazing: Present throughout
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
*Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint that occurred during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crazing, scuffs, wobbles, etc.
