◆This is an antique dessert plate from the "DENISE" series by Santaman.
It is in very beautiful condition with minimal signs of use.
There is a tiny chip on the rim, about the size of a small area of missing glaze. (Photo 6)
The chip-like area on the underside of the rim is covered in glaze and is a manufacturing characteristic, not damage. (Photos 11, 12)
There are small manufacturing irregularities typical of antique plates. (Photos 7, 8, etc.)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 20.2 cm
●Period: Around 1908–1930
●Crazing: Less than 1% of the overall surface
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
※Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint that occurred during the manufacturing process.
It may also have small chips, crazing, scratches, wobbling, etc.
