◆This is a handmade ceramic sheep-shaped mold for “Agnos Pascals,” a traditional pastry from the Alsace region of France.
Each piece is handmade one by one using traditional methods by artisans in Soufflenheim.
The edges have a specially textured finish, making it easier to assemble than a standard agnos mold.
A brief guide on bisque firing and other details will be included with the product.
It can be used in the oven.
●Size: Opening (outer diameter) approx. 18 cm x approx. 9.1 cm (inner diameter) approx. 15.5 cm x approx. 7.2 cm, height approx. 13.4 cm (may vary from piece to piece)
●Condition: New
Items may be difficult to obtain just before the season. We recommend preparing in advance.
*As Soufflenheim pottery is handmade by artisans, there may be irregularities or minor damage from the manufacturing process.
*There may be slight glaze peeling or irregularities on the cut edges.
*There may be small chips caused during the manufacturing or shipping process.
*Color transfer from the metal may occur when attaching or removing the metal parts.
*There may be some wobbling.
