◆This is a handmade ceramic sheep-shaped mold for “Agnos Pascals,” a traditional pastry from the Alsace region of France.
Each piece is handmade one by one by artisans in Soufflenheim using traditional methods.
This is the large “Grand Modèle” size.
The edges are molded with a textured profile, making it easier to assemble than standard Agnos Pascals.
A brief guide on bisque firing and other details will be included with the product.
It can be used in the oven.
