◆This is a sugar bowl from Susie Cooper's "Wedding Ring" series.
At the time, it was a popular series for engaged women to use for their wedding preparations.
It is in very beautiful condition with little sign of use.
There are minor manufacturing irregularities. (Photos 5, 6, 7, and 8)
No other chips or cracks were found.
●Size: Diameter 12.5cm x Height 6.6cm
●Era: 1932
●Crazing: None found
(→Crazing refers to the condition of the surface glaze caused during manufacturing or over time; it is not damage (cracks).)
※The underside of Susie Cooper plates has marks (areas where the glaze is rough).
These are marks made by supporting the plates on stands during firing to prevent the underside from touching the ground, and are not damage.
※Antique tableware may have kiln marks or uneven paint caused during the manufacturing process.
It may also have minor chips, crazing, scratches, etc.
